How Payment Works

You pay for the test performed, not the result.

50% at booking, 50% at completion

A 50% deposit is charged when you schedule; the remaining 50% is captured automatically the moment the test is run, pass or fail. The signed report follows by email. At booking you choose card on file or bank pay (ACH), and the balance, plus any additional sealing time, is captured automatically, so there is no paperwork on site.

Pay by bank and save

Card payments include the processor's fee (3%). Choose bank pay (ACH) and you skip it: the bank-pay price is the lower of the two.

Trade Partners: Net-30 terms

Volume accounts are invoiced on Net-30 terms instead of auto-capture, with priority scheduling and preferred rates. Apply here.

Common Questions

Do I need a separate test for each system?

Yes. Each independent duct system requires its own test and signed report. A two-system house (e.g., upstairs and downstairs units with separate air handlers and duct networks) requires two tests.

Who pays: me or the homeowner?

We invoice the contractor. Whether you pass that cost to the homeowner or absorb it as a project cost is your call. Most contractors bill it through.

What if the system fails? Do I pay for the re-test?

The re-test is $500 per system, billed to the contractor. After you seal the leak locations we identify, we come back on a separate day and run the test again. We issue a new signed report at the re-test. If you'd rather finish in one visit, keep our tech on site past the two-hour test at $40 per 30 minutes and skip the separate re-test fee.

Can I get an invoice for my records?

Yes. We provide a detailed invoice for every test with project address, test date, report number, and line-item pricing. Volume accounts receive a consolidated monthly invoice.
